ZAR Design Home Collection acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier for return coordination only.

ZAR Design Home Collection

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

All returns are processed through our supplier.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

ZAR Design Home Collection is not responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Return labels
  • Handling fees
  • Courier arrangements
  • Lost or delayed return parcels

All return instructions and logistics are provided directly by our supplier once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Hazardous or flammable items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the original product must be returned (if approved) and a new order placed separately.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
